More than 97% of our machinery and cooling systems are less than seven years old, ensuring modern and efficient performance. All injection molding machines are equipped with eco-drive technology, reducing energy consumption from motors and minimizing heat dissipation throughout the system.
Innovative Material Access
We actively provide access to next-generation materials designed to reduce the environmental impact of manufacturing. These advanced polymers and sustainable alternatives help minimize waste generation and significantly ease recycling processes. By selecting materials with a bounded ecological footprint, we ensure higher circularity, improved resource efficiency, and products designed with end-of-life sustainability in mind.
Renewable Resources
As an energy-intensive company operating day and night, AR.TI.CA. is committed to reducing its footprint by sourcing electricity with a high share of renewable energy. This ensures that our production processes are increasingly aligned with sustainable energy practices.
